Managing Existing Flows
In the Welcome Message Flows list, you'll notice a "Used in Ad" field. When a flow is currently in use by an active ad, this field will display "Yes". During this time, the flow cannot be edited or deleted to prevent disruptions to active campaigns.
Ensure you plan your flows carefully. If a flow is linked to an active ad, you won't be able to modify or delete it until the ad campaign is paused or completed.
